قرر المجلس البلدي لمدينة تحناوت، التابعة لنفوذ عمالة اٍقليم الحوز، بناء محجز بلدي خاص لتجميع الكلاب الضالة لتجنيب الساكنة المحلية خطر انتشارها.
وجاء ذلك بعد أن ناقش أعضاء المجلس البلدي هذا الموضوع خلال أشغال الدورة العادية الماضية، والتي عرفت حضور السلطات المحلية، والتي بدورها استحضرت مشروع وزارة الداخلية الرامي الى تخليص الكلاب الضالة من القتل رميا بالرصاص، اٍذ وقعت اتفاقيات شراكة وتعاون مع قطاعي الفلاحة والصحة والهيئة الوطنية للأطباء البياطرة، تهدف إلى معالجة ظاهرة الكلاب الضالة باعتماد مقاربة جديدة تركز على إجراء عمليات التعقيم لهذه الحيوانات لضمان عدم تكاثرها بعد تجميعها في محجز خاص.
وتروم المقاربة الجديدة تعقيم الكلاب الضالة المنتشرة في المدن وترقيمها وتلقيحها ضد داء السعار، قبل إعادتها إلى أماكنها أو وضعها في محجز خاص، وهو ما سيمكن من ضمان استقرار عددها لينخفض تدريجيا بعد ذلك.
وصادق المجلس على ضرورة توفير وعاء عقاري من أجل انجاز هذا المشروع بشكل مستعجل لتجنيب المواطنين خطر انتشار هذه الكلاب.
تعاني ساكنه تجزئه فضل الخير بتحناوت من المياه العادمه المتواجده بالقرب من التجزئه والتي يستغلها اصحاب الفلاحه لسقي منتجاتهم الفلاحيه مما يشكل خطرا على الساكنة ويساعد في انتصار حشره البعوض و يهدد الصحه العامه للمواطنين
