المنازل الآيلة للسقوط.. هل يتحرك مسؤولو مراكش قبل تكرار فاجعة الدار البيضاء ؟

 

أضحى العديد من سكان المدينة العتيقة لمراكش في حالة هلع بسبب الوضعية المتهالكة لمنازلهم، والتي قد تنهار فوق رؤوسهم في أي لحظة، خاصة بعد الأمطار التي تهاطلت على عاصمة النخيل في الآونة الأخيرة، فهل يتحرك مسؤولو المدينة لانقاذ ما يمكن انقاذه قبل أن يتكرر سيناريو فاجعة الدار البيضاء منذ أيام؟

ومن حي اسبتيين نسوق بعض الأمثلة لدور متهالكة وجدران متصدعة أعطت انذارا بالانهيار منذ عدة سنوات، حيث يبلغ عدد المنازل المصنفة ضمن برنامج الدور الآيلة للسقوط ما يزيد عن 100 منزل.

وسبق لفعاليات المجتمع المدني أن راسلت والي الجهة، في أكثر من مناسبة، باعتباره رئيس اللجنة الإقليمية المكلفة بتحديد المناطق المعنية الآيلة للسقوط وعمليات التجديد الحضري، لكن وثيرة التدخل تبقى بطيئة جدا، أمام خطر حقيق يهدد العشرات من العائلات والمئات من الأفراد.
