أكد أستاذ العلاقات الدولية بجامعة القاضي عياض إدريس لكريني أن سلوك المغرب تجاه المانيا واسبانيا طبيعي جدا بل مطلوب، وذلك حتى يتم تجاوز المنطق القديم في التعامل والذي كان يتسم بالوصاية، وقد حققت هذه النقطة إجماعا من طرف الباحثين والأكاديميين المتدخلين خلال الندوة التى نظمتها الشبيبة التجمعية بإقليم مراكش مساء الأربعاء 02 يونيو، حول موضوع » موقع المغرب في ظل التحولات الجيوسياسية الراهنة.
وقد طرح الأستاذ إدريس لكريني سؤالا حول قدرة المغرب على التفاعل مع التحولات الراهنة، وتجاوز الدبلوماسية التقليدية إلى المساهمة في تحقيق الأمن والمصالح الإستراتيجية، مؤكدا على أن المغرب قطع أشواطا مهمة غيرت من ملامح سياسته الخارجية التي اتسمت بالمبادرة والموقف الواضح مع الاعتماد على تنوع الشراكات، بالإضافة إلى النحو تجاه البرغماتية والتركيز على التعاون جنوب جنوب.
وقد أشار في الأخير إلى أن المغرب طور معالم سياسته الخارجية ليظهر بمظهر جديد يستوجب على الاتحاد الأوربي بالخصوص احترامه، لان الشراكة تقوم على التكامل والانسجام والمغرب لم يطالب بما هو خارق بل طالب بخلق علاقة متوازنة قائمة على التوازن.
