أدانت المحكمة الإبتدائية بمراكش المتهم، محمد المديمي، بسنة و عشرة أشهر نافذة و 1000 درهم غرامة في الدعوة المدنية.
وبخصوص تعويضات الضحايا فهي كالتالي :
يونس البطحاوي 200.000.درهم. ( عامل عمالة الحوز سابقا )
عبد العزيز لعفورا 180.000 درهم
التبر موظف بإحدى جماعات عمالة مراكش 80.000 درهم
لحسن كبدي 70.000درهم
مريم هرواك 80.000 درهم
محمود هرواك تعويضا مدنيا قدره درهم رمزي
جامعة القاضي عياض 120.000 درهم
مصحة الشفاء 100.000 درهم
