احتلال الملك العمومي ببوعكاز يتفاقم بشكل كبير

في خرق سافر للقانون وأمام أعين السلطات، تتزايد ظاهرة احتلال الملك العمومي بمنطقة بوعكاز التابعة لمقاطعة المنارة مراكش، وذلك بشكل حرم المواطنين من المشي على الرصيف، وبالتالي تعريض حياتهم للخطر.
وفي هذا الصدد، فقد وصل إلى علم موقعنا، أن بعض المحلات التجارية بمنطقة بوعكاز، عمدت مؤخرا إلى تزليج الرصيف، حيث تشتغل على ذلك في واضحة النهار، دون وجود من يردع أصحابها على هذا الفعل، وهو ما يثير الشكوك حول أدوار السلطة المحلية في هذا الباب.
وعموما، فظاهرة احتلال الملك العام ليست بجديدة على مدينة مراكش بشكل عام، وإنما هي متجذرة، وتتنامى يوما بعد يوم، في ظل غض الطرف عن هاته الخروقات من طرف الجهات المسؤولة.
