أزيد من 30 ألف مصاب بداء السل في المغرب خلال 2017

كشف وزير الصحة أناس الدكالي، أن المغرب سجل 30 ألف 897 حالة إصابة بداء السل سنة 2017، مشيرا إلى أن هناك حالات تستفيد من العلاج لداء السل وداء السل المقاوم.
وأكد الدكالي في عرض حول مكافحة داء السل بالمغرب، الإنجازات التحديات والآفاق، أول أمس الخميس بالمجلس الحكومي، على مضاعفة الجهود “خاصة في ظل تحديات تتعلق بالانخفاض البطيء في نسبة الإصابة والنقص في الموارد البشرية، وضعف التغطية على المستوى الوطني بشبكة المختبرات المتخصصة في الكشف عن داء السل، وضعف مساهمة المؤسسات الصحية في القطاع الخاص في خدمات الكشف والعلاج عن داء السل، بالإضافة إلى تحديات أخرى”.
وتوقف الوزير، في العرض الذي يضم مستوى التقدم في تنزيل المخطط الوطني للوقاية من داء السل ومكافحته 2018 -2021 المؤطر بشعار “لنتحد جميعا من أجل مغرب بدون سل”، عند النجاح الذي مكن المغرب من تحقيق مؤشرات أفضل بكثير من المعدلات العالمية، مضيفا أن بلدنا “يحتاج لمضاعفة الجهود بالنظر للتحديات القائمة والتي ترتبط بمحددات سوسيو اقتصادية (السكن غير اللائق، الفقر، سوء التغذية،…) والتي تتحكم وتؤثر في دينامية جهود الحد من المرض”. وأشار الدكالي، إلى أن مخطط 2018 -2021 مؤطر بهدف عالمي للتنمية المستدامة المتمثل في “دحر داء السل في أفق 2030 “، ويرتكز على تعزيز نظام الحكامة وتطوير الشراكة المتعددة القطاعات لهذا الغرض.
وأبرز الوزير أن المغرب تمكن خلال ربع قرن من تخفيض عدد الوفيات الناتجة عن هذا الداء بـ 68% وتخفيض نسبة حدوث المرض بنسبة 33%، مضيفا أنه تم تحقيق نسبة متقدمة في نجاح العلاج في المغرب 88% (المعدل العالمي 79%)، ونسبة الكشف 87% (المعدل العالمي 61%)، ونسبة نجاح علاج السل المقاوم تفوق 65%، (المعدل العالمي 53%)، ونسبة الكشف عن السل المقاوم تفوق 60%، (المعدل العالمي 26%). ولفت المتحدث، إلى أن المغرب وضع أهدافا طموحة تتمثل في، استئصال والقضاء على داء السل كمشكلة للصحة العامة في افق 2030، وبلوغ معدل الكشف ونسبة النجاح العلاجي بـ 90% في أفق 2021، والذي سيكلف تعبئة 451 مليون درهم، مع بلوغ نسبة الكشف عن السل المقاوم للأدوية تفوق 75% والنجاح العلاجي 80% بحوالي 50 مليون درهم، وكذا تغطية 95% من مرضى السل بتحاليل الكشف عن السيدا و100% من مرضى السل المصابين بالسيدا بالأدوية المضادة للفيروس، وتعزيز الحكامة وتطوير الشراكات المتعددة القطاعات لاستهداف المحددات الاجتماعية.
وأورد الوزير، أن “الميزانية الإجمالية تقدر بحوالي 513 مليار درهم، وينصب المجهود الأساسي على هذه السنة 2018 التي رصدت لها حوالي 205 مليون درهم”، مبرزا أن “هذه المؤشرات الرقمية ستمكن من تقليص الوفيات بسبب مرض السل من 3200 في 2016 إلى 1920 في2021، والانتقال من 65% إلى 80% لحالات نجاح العلاج لداء السل المقاوم، والانتقال من 60% إلى 75% لحالات الكشف عن داء السل المقاو”م.
