قررت النيابة العامة بمحكمة الاستئناف بمدينة الرباط، إحالة ثلاثة موقوفين على خلفية اختطاف واغتصاب فتاتين من دوار ولاد العياشي ضواحي سلا، على قاضي التحقيق.
وتعود تفاصيل القضية، عندما أقدم أربعة أشخاص، على التوجه لبيت الفتاتين، حيث تقطنان رفقة أختين لهما وأمهما وأخوهم الذي لا يزال طفلا، حيث قام المتهمون بطرق الباب، على الساعة الثانية صباحا بتاريخ 24 غشت 2020، طالبين بعضا من الماء، وبعدما قام أحدهم بذكر إسمه، فتحت إحدى الأخوات الباب، ليقوموا بالهجوم عليهم.
وفي الوقت الذي خلق موضوع اختطاف واغتصاب وقتل الطفل “عدنان”، حالة من الغضب وتعالت أصوات تنادي بتشديد العقوبات، تناول عدد من النشطاء والصفحات الفيسبوكية خبر اختطاف واغتصاب الأختين مطالبين بالحكم على الفاعلين بأقصى العقوبات.
