شهد المركب التجاري سقر في الداوديات عملية فتح دكاكين غير قانونية ومخالفة لتصميم المركب الذي تم الترويج له في البداية أنه مشروع للصناعة التقليدية.
وأكدت مصادر موثوقة لموقع « مراكش 7 » أن هذه المجزرة التعميرية لم تعرف أي تحرك ضدها من طرف السلطات المحلية، مشيرة أن المنطقة تدخل ضمن نفوذ أحد أعوان السلطة المعروف بتشجيع البناء العشوائي وفتح الدكاكين بالوحدة الثانية.
وقد طالبت مجموعة من الفعاليات الجمعوية بالتدخل الفوري لوالي الجهة، بكل حزم، من أجل الضرب بيد من حديد على كل المتواطئين في تشجيع هذه الفوضى وارجاع الحالة على ماكانت عليه.
