وأمام هذا الوضع، توكد مصادرنا أن "على السلطات بالإقليم والجهات لوصية، تنويرا للرأي المحلي، وأن تكشف الأسباب الحقيقية الكامنة وراء هذا التعثر،" مشيرة اٍلى أن مصالح الجماعة قامت بالمطلوب، وتابعت هذا المشروع لسنوات لكن دون جدوى."
