قضت الغرفة الاستئنافية بمحكمة الجنايات بمدينة مراكش، مساء يوم امس الاربعاء، بتأييد الحكم الابتدائي بادانة “فقيه ستي فاضمة”، بخمس سنوات سجنا نافذا بعد متابعته بتهم جنائية تتعلق بالتغرير بقاصرات واستغلالهم جنسيا.
وعلاقة بالموضوع، شهدت جلسات المحاكمة، مواجهة بين الفقيه وضحاياه اللواتي اكدن تعرضهن للاستغلال الجنسي فيما حاول المتورط في قضية نفي التهم الموجهة اليه.
وتعود تفاصيل هذه القضية إلى شكاية توصل بها المركز الترابي للدرك الملكي بستي فاضمة من أبّ حول اختفاء ابنته إثر سفرها إلى مدينة الدار البيضاء، بعد أن تقدم شاب من العاصمة الاقتصادية لخطبتها، هربا من افتضاح أمر فقدانها للبكارة على يد الفقيه الذي كان يشرف على تدريس الفتيات القاصرات بالمسجد وتحفيظهن القرآن الكريم، وينفرد بهن لاستغلالهن جنسيا.
ويتابع الفقيه بتهم إستدراج قاصرات تقل أعمارهم عن 18 سنة، وهتك أعراضهن بإستخدام العنف وإغتصابهن نتج عن افتضاض.

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found
