والي بنك المغرب: تم فقدان 850 ألف منصب شغل في 2020 بسبب الجائحة
قال عبد اللطيف جواهري والي بنك المغرب أن هشاشة النسيج الإنتاجي الوطني قد تفاقمت بشكل كبير بسبب أزمة الجائحة، وأوضح المسؤول المغربي في عرض قدمة أمس الثلاثاء أمام لجنة المالية والتنمية الاقتصادية بمجلس النواب بالأرقام وفق دراسات علمية أنجزتها جهات مسؤولة داخل المغرب وخارجه تداعيات الجائحة على الاقتصادج الوطني.
وذكر جواهري أنه في الفترة الممتدة ما بين دجنبر 2019 ويونيو 2021 خفضت 47 بالمائة من المقاولات من عدد العمال الدائمين، وتصل النسبة إلى 48 بالمائة لدى المقاولات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وإلى 38 بالمائة لدى المقاولات الكبيرة، وفق نتائج بحوث البنك الدولي لتتبع تأثير الأزمة على المقاولات الخاصة في المغرب.
وفي ذات السياق أبرز جواهري إن المقاولات المنظمة فقدت ما يقارب 726 ألف منصب شغل أي خمس يدها العاملة، وتسجيل انخفاض حاد في عدد الأجراء المصرح بهم بنسبة 34 بالمائة في أبريل 2020، أي ما يعادل فقدان أكثر من 850ألف منصب شغل.
وزاد قائلا في عرضه أن مستوى عدم اليقين من أهم العوامل التي تكبح الاستثمار بلغ مستويات استثنائية منذ بداية الجائحة، ومن المؤشرات على ذلك أن 71 بالمائة من المقاولات لا تعتزم القيام بأي استثمار خلال سنة 2022، وفق معطيات المندوبية السامية للتخطيط.
وأردف والي بنك المغرب في عرضه أن الاستثمار العمومي يلعب دورا أساسيا في الانتعاش الاقتصادي وعودة الثقة، وله تأثير مضاعف خلال فترات عدم اليقين القوية، حيث ارتفع الاستثمار العمومي بما يعادل نقطة مائوية واحدة من الناتج الداخلي الإجمالي خلال مثل هذه الفترات قد يؤدي إلى زيادة الناتج الداخلي الإجمالي بنسبة 2.7 بالمائة، والاستثمار الخاص بنسبة 10 بالمائة، والتشغيل بنسبة 1.2 بالمائة.
