في اطار المجهودات التي تقوم بها فرقة مكافحة المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية التابعة للمصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية، في ملاحقة الاشخاص الذين ينشطون في ترويج المخدرات بشتى اصنافها، وعلى اثر توصل هده الفرقة ببلاغ يفيد ان شخصاً يتعاطى ترويج المخدرات بنفوذ المنطقة الأمنية المنارة مستعملا في تنقلاته سيارة سوداء اللون، فتحت الفرقة المذكورة بحثاً قضائياً، حيث تم التأكد من صحة البلاغ واستثمار نتائج البحث والتحري في وضع كمين أمني محكم، مكن من إيقاف المعني بالأمر فور ترجله من السيارة التي كان يتولى سياقتها مساء أول أمس الجمعة.
بعد عملية التفتيش داخل السيارة تم العثور على مجموعة من قطع مخدر الشيرا معدة للبيع.
بعد التنسيق مع ممثل النيابة العامة المختصة تم إجراء التفتيشات القانونية الضرورية بمنزل المشتبه به من أجل حجز كل ما من شأنه أن يفيد البحث وهو ما أفضى إلى حجز 35 صفيحة من مخدر الشيرا بلغ وزنها الاجمالي 3100 غرام و مجموعة من الهواتف النقالة.
الخبرات المنجزة من طرف المختبر الجهوي للاثار الرقمية على الهواتف المحجوزة اظهرت وجود صورة بهاتف الموقوف تخص رجال الشرطة المكلفون بهذه العملية اثناء عملية المراقبة أقرّ بأنه توصل بها عن طريق أحد تطبيقات التواصل الفوري من لدن أحد معارفه أخبره بانه مراقب من قبل عناصر الشرطة و طلب منه اخد الحيطة و الحذر ، ليتم لانتقال لمحل سكناه وايقافه كذلك وبعد تفحص هاتفه تبين أنه لايزال يحتفظ بذاكرة هاتفه النقال كما اعترف بارسالها للموقوف نظير تلقيه اكراميات .
بالتنسيق مع النيابة العامة تم الاحتفاظ بالمعنيين بالامر رهن تدابير الحراسة النظرية من اجل البحث و التقديم.
