و عقدت الجمعية جمعها العام التأسيسي مساء يومه الخميس 4 يناير 2024 بمقرها الكائن بتجزئة الكتيبة، حيث انطلقت فعاليات الجمع بكلمة ترحيبية للجنة التحضيرية ، قبل أن يمر الجمع الى قراءة مشروع القانون الأساسي و عرضه المصادقة.
و ينص القانون الأساسي للجمعية الوليدة على سعيها لتحقيق عدد من الاهداف الكبرى من ضمنها على وجه الخصوص:
*- تمثيل الاعضاء و الدفاع عن مصالحهم بكافة الوسائل السلمية المشروعة.
*- تعبئة اعضائها لخدمة قضاياهم المهنية و الاجتماعية.
*- تعبئة اعضائها و تنمية روح التعاون و العمل الجمعوي لديهم.
و بعد المصادقة على مشروع القانون الأساسي للجمعية انتخب الجمع العام التأسيسي مكتبا سيتولى تسيير الجمعية لمدة 4 سنوات، و قد جاءت تركيبته على الشكل التالي:
عبد الجليل جرنيت رئيسا و محمد علاق نائبا له، و احمد برشيل كاتبا عاما ينوب عنه حفيظ كميل، فيما انتخب نور الدين بودهير امينا للمال و حفيظ بردال نائبا له، بالإضافة إلى ثلاثة مستشارين هم: عبد الله الزريري و خالد مدنيب و احمد الزيدي.
