برلمانية استقلالية تتسائل عن وضعية المنح الجامعية بمراكش
تطرقت البرلمانية الاستقلالية سحر أبدوح في سؤال كتابي وضعته على طاولة وزير التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة إلى الموضوع المتعلق بالحصة المخصصة من منح برنامج “تيسير” للأسر المعوزة بجهة مراكش أسفي، وكذا وضعية المنح الجامعية على مستوى العمالة.
وأوردت سحر أبدوح في سؤالها الكتابي أن الحكومات المتعاقبة تبنت عملية الدعم المالي المباشر للأسر الفقيرة والمعوزة، من أجل تجاوز الكلفة المباشرة وغير المباشرة لتمدرس الأبناء والحد من ظاهرة الهدر المدرسي، خاصة في صفوف الفتيات، معتبرة برنامج تيسير كونه طموح، وساهم إلى حد ما في التقليل من آفة الهدر المدرسي من خلال مساعدة الأسر المعوزة بمبالغ مالية تختلف باختلاف المستوى التعليمي لأبنائها، ما من شأنه أن يساهم في تكريس إلزامية التمدرس بالنسبة للأطفال ما بين 6 سنوات و15 سنة.
كما تسائلت البرلمانية أبدوح كذلك عن وضعية المنح الجامعية بعمالة مراكش، نظرا للإرتفاع المتزايد في عدد الناجحين الحاصلين على شهادة الباكالوريا دورة 2023، داعية إلى الكشف عن استراتيجية الحكومة للرفع من حصة عمالة مراكش من المنح الجامعية لتخفيف الأعباء المرتبطة بدراسة الأبناء عن الأسر.
وطالبت البرلمانية عن حزب الاستقلال وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار بموافاتها بعدد الممنوحين برسم الموسم الجامعي السابق 2022-2023، بعمالة مراكش، وكذا العدد المتوقع بالموسم الجامعي الحالي 2023-2024، مع نسبة التغير الحاصل في عدد المنح المقدمة.
