أفادت وسائل إعلام دولية بأن مغني الراب العالمي « ميتر جيمس » قد قام بعرض فيلة يمتلكها بمدينة مراكش للبيع، وحدد كثمن لبيعها مبلغ أربعة ملايير سنتيم.
وتوجد الفيلا على أرض مساحتها 10 آلاف متر مربع، 1200 منها مبنية، ويوجد بها إلى جانب الغرف العادية، أستوديو داخلي، و في قاعة الألعاب الرياضية جاكوزي و صونا.
وسبق للمغني العالمي أن استخدمها أكثر من مرة لتصوير أعماله، كما اكتراها لجهات أخرى خارجية لمآرب مختلفة.
