إنزلاقات وإنتهاك لأخلاقيات المهنة … نقابة الصحافة المغربية تخرج عن صمتها بخصوص واقعة « السرقة المفبركة »

بعد الضجة الواسعة التي أثارتها واقعة « السرقة المفبركة « على المباشر بالاذاعة الخاصة « هيت راديو » ، اصدرت النقابة الوطنية للصحافة المغربية مساء اليوم الخميس 28 مارس بلاغا استنكاريا بهذا الخصوص .
و قالت النقابة الوطنية للصحافة المغربية أنها تتابع تداعيات تقديم منشط في إذاعة خاصة أمام النيابة العامة، رفقة أشخاص آخرين، للاشتباه في تورطهم في فبركة خبر كاذب على برنامج إذاعي مباشر، وادعاء وقائع غير صحيحة بشأن جريمة مختلقة.
وأوضحت النقابة في بلاغ لها على انه في الوقت الذي تتريث فيه قبل اتخاذ موقف من الواقعة، احتراما للمساطر القضائية ولقرينة البراءة، فإنها في الآن نفسه تنبه للانزلاقات الكثيرة التي تقترف في عمل بعض الإذاعات الخاصة، والتي تعد انزياحا عن الأسس المهنية وانتهاكا لأخلاقيات المهنة.
واعتبرت أن هذه الواقعة ستقوي الشكوك حول صدقية البرامج المباشرة على الإذاعات الخاصة، وخصوصا تلك التي تتعلق برواية أحداث أو مشاركة وقائع ومشاكل، وسيرفع من وتيرة الشبهات حول إمكان فبركة تلك المكالمات وتضمينها وقائع حافلة بعناوين الإثارة، بغية الرفع من نسبة الاستماع، مما يعد تحايلا على المستمعين، وهو ما يقوض الإضافة المعتبرة التي حملتها هذه الإذاعات في المشهد الإعلامي.
وأثارت النقابة الإنتباه إلى ما تقوم به بعض الإذاعات الخاصة من تفضيل عدم توظيف صحافيين مهنيين، وتعويضهم بأفراد/ منشطين يقومون بأدوار التنشيط وإنجاز الحوارات والمراسلة وتغطية الأحداث وفق عقود خاصة، وأغلبهم ممن لا تكوين لهم في القوانين المنظمة للمهنة، ولا دراية لهم بأخلاقياتها، ولا اطلاع لهم على أجناسها، مع ما يترتب عن ذلك من غياب للمهنية وجهل بأخلاقيات العمل الإذاعي.
ودعت النقابة الوطنية للصحافة المغربية إلى تدخل أكثر فاعلية من طرف الهيئة العليا للاتصال السمعي البصري (الهاكا) صونا لحقوق المستمعات والمستمعين، وزجرا لكل المخالفات القائمة على الفبركة، والإشاعات، والتشهير، والإشهار الضمني، ومنعا لكل أشكال انتحال الصفات خصوصا في البرامج ذات الطابع الصحي بما فيها الصحة النفسية أو القانوني أو الديني أو التوعوي.
كما طالبت بإعادة النظر في القانون 03.77 المنظم للقطاع السمعي البصري بما يحد من هذه الاختلالات، وبما يجعل دفاتر التحملات تحدد نسبة معتبرة من توظيف الصحافيين/ات المهنيين/ات، وتقيد عمل الإذاعات الخاصة وفق دفاتر التحملات والقوانين والأعراف المنظمة للمهنة، ووفق الممارسات الفضلى المتضمنة في ميثاق أخلاقيات المهنة
