تمكنت السلطات المحلية التابعة للملحقة الادارية رياض السلام بمراكش قبل قليل من مساء يوم الجمعة 9 يوليوز ، من القبض على شاب في عقده الثالث بتهمة محاول إغتصاب طفل بأحد ازقة حي الشرف
وحسب تصريحات أخت الضحية ، فإن المعني بالأمر قام بترصد الطفل واللحاق به ليستدرجه لأحد لأزقة المظلمة بعد تهديده بالقتل ، الا أن تدخل البعض من سكان الحي بعد سماعهم لصراخ الطفل الذي كان يمارس عليه هذا الوحش الآدمي تصرفاته الشاذه وهو يحاول اغتصابه ، ليلود بعد ذلك بالفرار لكن السلطات المحلية قامت بالقبض عليه والإحتفاظ به.
