توصل موقع "مراكش 7" بشكاية من طرف أحد المواطنين بخصوص الشبابيك البنكية الأوتوماتيكية الموجودة داخل محطة القطار بمراكش، والتي تتسبب في مشاكل متعددة لمستخدميها.
وأوضح المشتكي أن تلك الصرافات الآلية دائما ما تكون خارج الخدمة وتتسبب في ضياع البطاقات البنكية لمستخدميها كما وقع له منذ أيام، في غياب تام لأي مسؤول عنها، وقد أدى ذلك الى فقدانه لبطاقته الى حدود الساعة، رغم محاولاته المتكررة للاستفسار من مدير المحطة ولدى الموظفين بالبنك التابعة له.
وأكد المشتكي أن مجموعة من المواطنين كانوا ضحايا لهذه الشبابيك وعانوا نفس الأمر بضياع بطائقهم.
