حقوقيون يستنكرون جريمة قتل شاب بسيدي مبارك ويطالبون بتكثيف دوريات محاربة المخدرات

استنكرت الجمعية المغربية لحقوق الانسان فرع المنارة، الجريمة الشنعاء التي عاشت على وقعها ساكنة سيدي مبارك بمدينة مراكش يوم السبت المنصرم، والتي ذهب ضحيتها شاب لفظ أنفاسه صباح يوم الاثنين 02 دجنبر 2019، متأثرا بجروحه التي اصيب بها على مستوى الرأس، بعد دخوله في صراع حول ترويج المخدرات خاصة مخدر "الشيرا " بالحي.
وفي بلاغ صحفي لها، ذكرت الجمعية المغربية لحقوق الإنسان فرع المنارة مراكش انه سبق وأن أصدرت عدة بلاغات وبيانات عن إنتشار المخدرات بشكل سافر في السنوات الأخيرة، بحيث أصبحت سهلة الاقتناء ورائجة وخصوصا في جنبات المؤسسات التعليمية التي تعتبر سوقا نشيطا لمروجي المخدرات.
وأضافت الجمعية أنه سبق لها أن نبهت مرارا الى وجود نقط سوداء لترويج المخدرات خاصة الشيرا والحبوب المهلوسة التي اصبحت ظاهرة وصل انتشارها الى محيط بعض المؤسسات التعليمية، وسببا في اتساع دائرة الجريمة ومنسوب المس بالامن والامان والمس بالسلامة البدنية للمواطنات والمواطنين.
وأمام ذلك، أكدت الجمعية المغربية لحقوق الانسان فرع المنارة مراكش، على أن اعمال المقاربة الزجرية لوحدها غير كافي لمحاربة الجريمة، داعية في هذا الباب إلى التصدي للاسباب والظواهر العميقة التي تساهم في انتشار الجريمة، ومعالجتها في ابعادها الاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية، وكذا التصدي لانتشار وترويج كافة انواع المخدرات، واعتماد البعد الحمائي والوقائي للحد من ظاهرة الاجرام، باعتماد اليات تستند على التوعية والتثقيف بمخاطر استهلاك وترويج المخدرات وسط النسيج المجتمعي .
وطالبت الجمعية في بلاغها أيضا، بتكثيف دوريات الأمن بالنقط السوداء، وبمحيط المؤسسات التعليمية، حماية للأجيال القادمة وسلامتهم وصحتهم البدنية والنفسية.
واختتمت الجمعية بلاغها باعتبار ان ترويج المخدرات بكافة انواعها وتعاطيها ذو تكلفة لا يمكن حصرها، وقد تؤدي تبعاتها الى المس بالحق في الحياة والسلامة البدنية والعقلية، وتصادر الحق في الامان والامن الشخصي.
