يعيش سكان حي الملاح، بتراب مقاطعة المدينة القديمة بمراكش، خلال الأيام الأخيرة على وقع حالة من الهلع والرعب، جراء انتشار عدد كبير من الأشخاص المجهولين، الذين يعانون من اضطرابات نفسية، والذين تقاطروا على الحي من أماكن مختلفة بالمدينة الحمراء، وكذا من دواوير ضاحية المدينة.
وقد تسبب أحد المختلين عقليا نهاية الأسبوع المنصرم في زرع الهلع وسط المصلين، أثناء تأديتهم لصلاة الفجر بعدما اقتحم المسجد الكائن بالحي، حيث كاد يتسبب في إصابة أحد المصلين لولى تدخل بعض المواطنين.
وقد دقت فعاليات جمعوية ناقوس الخطر بعد انتشار مهول لهذه الفئة، خاصة لما يشكلوه من خطر على الساكنة، حيث طالبوا بضرورة تدخل الجهات المسؤولة لشن حملات ضدهم.
