حتى الساحة التي تتباهى بها مدينة مراكش كتراث عالمي، لم تسلم من ظاهرة الباعة الجائلين، فبعد ان استولى على معظم مساحاتها عربات المأكولات على حساب حلقات الفرجة، ما تبقى من مساحتها بات فضاء مستغلا من طرف عربات الباعة الجائلين.
مهتمون بالشأن المحلي لساحة جامع الفنا وبهويتها وتاريخها واهيتها ومستقبلها، استنكروا ظاهرة انتشار عربات الباعة الجائلين بساحة جامع الفنا، وذلك بالنظر لما ستتسبب فيه من مشاكل فيما بعد، إذ سيتعصى على السلطات محاربتها، وهنا النماذج كثيرة، حيث بات احتلال الملك العمومي في نظر الكثير من الباعة حقا تعمل السلطات على انتزاعه منهم، رغم أن العكس صحيح.

فيا ترى هل سيتدخل الوالي قسي لحلو ليعطي أوامره حتى تتجند السلطات لايقاف هاته الظاهرة، أم سيترك الأمر على ما هو عليه، ليصير الاستثناء قاعدة، والعودة إلى الأصل مهمة مستحيلة؟!
