انتشرت بشكل مريب وسط الأحياء الراقية وكذا ببعض الفيلات الفاخرة ضواحي المدينة، ليالي القمار ، أو طاولة " البوكير" بلغة "مالين البلية" ، الظاهرة التي بدأت تنتشر وبشكل متسارع ، يشرف عليها شبان في مقتبل العمر كانوا ضحايا لوهم القمار في كازينوهات مراكش ، ومنهم من تم طرده من منزل والديه بعد أن قام بسرقة كل اثاث البيت والمجوهرات وبيعها بازهد الأثمان للمختصين في اقتناء هذا النوع من السلع والذي بدوره يكون من رواد صالات القمار، يتربصون بهذا النوع من الشباب أو الضحايا ، هذا النوع من الشباب بعد أن عجز عن توفير متطلبات لعبة القمار وامام سعيهم الدائم وراء وهم ربح قد يأتي أو لا يأتي ، اضطر بعضهم إلى إعداد شقة لهذا الغرض ومن تم استقطاب زبائن جدد ، ليتحول من ضحية إلى منظم لليالي الخمر والقمار، داخل الشقق والفيلات المشار إليها أعلاه، وفي غفلة من أو تواطؤ مع السلطات، لا ندري، ولكن الواقع الذي يعرفه الجميع أن هذه الشقق أصبحت ملاذا لفئات مجتمعية مختلفة، وأصبح المدمنون عليها يقومون باي شيء سعيا وراء الربح ، حتى من يرهن زوجته ، فهل ستتدخل السلطات للقيام بما يلزم ؟ أم أن نفوذ البعض ، و " شراء بعض الذمم سيحول دون ذلك .
