عاش السوق العصري بلبكار بالداوديات، على مدى عقد من الزمن حالة من الفوضى والتسيب، حيث تحول في السنوات الأخيرة إلى مرتع للمنحرفين، واللصوص، وهو ما أثر سلبا على التجارة هناك، بحيث أن معظم التجار اضطروا لكراء أو بيع محلاتهم، بالنظر للكساد الذي عرفه، مع انتشار السرقة، والباعة المتجولين، وغياب هيكل تنظيمي، قبل أن ينبعث إتحاد الملاك، الذي أنقذ هذا المركب التجاري من الضياع، على غرار ما وقع في العديد من الأسواق بالمزينة الحمراء.
وقد شهد السوق العصري بلبكار في الستة أشهر الأخيرة، بعد تأسيس اتحاد الملاك قفزة نوعية، أعادت من خلالها محو الصورة السيئة التي رسمت على السوق في السنوات الأخيرة، والتي أجبرت العديد من الزبناء إلى التوجه صوب أسواق أخرى.
