يستمر صاحب مقهى بشارع محمد السادس، في تشييد طوابق غير قانونية فوق المبنى، رغم مرور أزيد من سنتين على القرار الولائي الصادر في حقه، والقاضي بالهدم.
واستفسر والي الجهة من خلال مراسلة موجهة لقائد رئيس الملحقة الادارية المشور ، والتي يتوفر موقع "مراكش 7" على نسخة منها، حول الاجراءات الزجرية التي تم اتخاذها لانهاء المخالفات المرتكبة من طرف صاحب المقهى المذكور، والتي صدر فيها أمر بالهدم سنة 2017.
والى حدود الساعة فان صاحب المقهى لا زال يتمادى في استكمال أشغال البناء دون توقف، متحديا القرار الولائي والسلطات المحلية التي لا تحرك ساكنا.
