يعاني سكان حي الآفاق بجماعة سعادة التابعة لعمالة مراكش، من مشكل انعدام الأمن، والذي يعكسه الارتفاع الكبير في نسبة الأفعال الاجرامية بالمنطقة.
وأفادت مصادر أن الحي أصبح تحت رحمة بعض الخارجين عن القانون وأصحاب السوابق العدلية، الذين يعيثون فسادا ويهددون حياة السكان، أمام غياب شبه تام للمراقبة الأمنية.
وطالب القاطنون بالحي ومعهم فعاليات المجتمع المدني بضرورة التدخل العاجل من أجل تحرك عناصر الدرك الملكي، وتعزيز الحملات التمشيطية.
