توصل موقع مراكش 7، يومه الخميس 27 يونيو باتصال هاتفي من طرف أحد المواطنين، يشتكي من خلاله ما تعرض له من طرف حارس للسيارات والدراجات بمحطة مؤسسة عمومية تتواجد بمنطقة باب دكالة مراكش، وذلك بعد أن فرض عليه ذاك الحارس أداء 3 دراهم مقابل حراسة دراجته النارية لدقائق معدودة فقط.
وقال المذكور، على أنه استفسر الحارس حول سبب وضع تلك التعريفة، مع العلم أن المجلس الحماعي لمراكش، حدد في دفتر تحملات خاص بكراء محطات مدينة مراكش الواجب الذي ينبغي أن يؤدى عن وقوف السيارات والدراجات بصنفيها الناري والهوائي، وذلك حسب الليل والفترة النهارية، إلا أن الحارس استهزء من ذاك الحديث دون أن يعير له أي اهتمام، ليستمر في استخلاص مبلغ 3 دراهم عن كل دراجة نارية، رغم ان القانون حدد ذاك المبلغ في 1.50 فقط.
وقالت مصادرنا، على أن هناك حارسان يتناوبان على تلك المحطة، حارس يتقيد بما يفرضه القانون المعمول به في مجال محطات وقوف السيارات والدراجات، وآخر يجبر المواطنين على أداء ذاك المقابل وفق ما يحلو له، وهو ما يستلزم من الجهات الوصية أن تتدخل لإعمال القانون، وكذا لتفعيل الرقم الخاص بالتبليغ عن مثل هاته الخروقات.
