وقد انتابت ساكنة جماعة سعادة، مخاوف من إلغاء المشروع، خاصة وأن القانون ينص على إلغاء المشروع في حال مرور 75 يوما على عرضه بمكتب الصفقات بالكتابة العامة دون التجاوب معه.
