الإعدام للوحش الذي قتل التلميذة اسمهان بآيت ايمور بعد أن اغتصبها وعذبها

قضت غرفة الجنايات الابتدائية بمحكمة الاستئناف مراكش، بالحكم بالإعدام وتعويض مدني في حق المسمى "س. م" المتهم باختطاف واغتصاب وقتل التلميذة اسمهان، على مستوى دوار البرجة بجماعة آيت ايمور التابعة لعمالة مراكش.
واهتز دوار البرجة في شهر مارس من السنة الماضية، على وقع جريمة قتل التلميذة اسمهان، بعد اغتصابها بوحشية واختطافها اثناء عودتها من مدرستها من طرف الشاب "س. م".
وحينها شهد دوار البرجة استنفارا كبيرا، وخاصة لحظة اعادة تمثيل الجريمة، حيث تجمع حشد مهم من المواطنين، الذين حلوا بمكان قتل الطفلة اسمهان التي تبلغ من العمر حوالي 11 سنة، واغتصابها والاعتداء عليها بالضرب المفضي الى الموت.
واعترف حينها المتهم بالفعل المنسوب له، لرجال الدرك والنيابة العامة، وذلك بعد اعتقاله في اطار حملة تمشيطية شهدها دوار البرجة وما يحيط به من أماكن، والتي انتهت بالوصول الى الفاعل، الذي يبلغ من العمر حوالي 19 سنة.
وتم الوصول الى الفاعل، بعد أن اختفى عن الأنظار مباشرة من وقوع الجريمة التي كان موقع مراكش 7سباقا لنشر تفاصيلها، مما اثار شكوك العديد، وبالأخص رجال الدرك، الذين استفسروا عن مكانه، بحكم انه من ذوي السوابق العدلية، وقضى عقوبة حبسية بسبب جريمة اغتصاب طفلة اخرى.
و"س.م" هو من ذوي السوابق العدلية، حيث قضى عقوبة سنة ونصف حبسا نافذا بسبب اغتصاب طفلة في عمر 11 سنة بدوار البرجة أيضا، حيث لم يتمم بعد مدة 3 اشهر عن مغادرته لأسوار المؤسسة السجنية، ليعترض سبيل الفتاة اسمهان في السادس من شهر مارس من السنة الماضية، ليفتض بكارتها تحت التعنيف والتعذيب المفضي إلى الموت.
