عمال البناء وفلاحون…. حولوا شققا و كراجات بالمحاميد إلى أوكار للدعارة


ينشط سوق الدعارة الرخيصة في معادلة يفوق فيها العرض الطلب على تهالك الذوات البشرية في عمليات محظورة أخلاقيا، لكنها مباحة عمليا لأنها تتم في السر والخفاء بعيدا عن أنظار المصالح الأمنية التي لا تتدخل إلا في حالات التلبس التي يصعب إثباتها.
 وتجد عروض المفاتن، والكشف عن مظاهر الأنوثة، صدى لدى قناصي المتعة، الوافدين على مراكش للعمل في أوراش البناء، أو العابرين على فترات للمدينة في إطار مهامهم التجارية. 
وفي زحمة هذا النشاط الذي تتعيش منه بعض الاسر التي ضرب الفقر والبطالة بنيانها الأخلاقي ولم تجد بديلا عنه في ظل انسداد الأفق وغلاء المعيشة، دخلت على الخط فئة مجتمعية أخرى أكثر قابلية لرفض القيم والعمل على تكسيرها من أجل العيش المدل عن طريق التحريض على الفساد والدعارة، فالوسطاء والوسيطات المجردين من الوازع الأخلاقي والانساني، يستقطبون بالترغيب والترهيب كل فتاة أو امرأة تمتهن الدعارة ويدخلونها الى عوالمهم السرية يتاجرون في جسدها مقابل نصيب لها في كل عملية جنسية مرغمة على ممارستها دون رفض أو احتجاج، فتترتب عن هذه العلاقة غير المتكافئة مشاكل يومية قد تتحول الى صراعات يتخللها العنف الذي ينتهي غالبا لصالح الوسيط او الوسيطة أو ينتهي بهما معا خلف القضبان الباردة.
وبالمحاميد دائما تتجلى هاته الصورة بأبهى حللها، حيث تحولت عدد من شوارع المنطقة الى أماكن لاصطياد الفرائس، وذلك أمام أعين المارة وبلا حسيب ولا رقيب.
وأغلب من يلتجئون الى اصطياد تلك الفرائس، هم ممن يشتغلون في اوراش البناء، القادمون من مناطق مختلفة بضواحي مراكش، حيث يحولون الاماكن التي يكترونها من اجل السكن الى اوكار للدعارة، اذ قد تكون في احيان عديدة مجرد "كراجات"، قد تأوي اكثر من عامل بناء، وهو ما قد يحول الأمر الى ممارسة جماعية للجنس، حيث قد تجلب العاهرة صديقة لها الى ذاك المكان، او قد تتولى المهمة لوحدها فقط، وهنا نقدم نماذج كثيرة من بوعكاز، حيث تضاعفت ظاهرة كراء "الكراجات" لعمال البناء او للباعة الجائلين، وذلك لغلاء السومة الكرائية للشقق بالنسبة لهاته الفئة.
وغير بعيد عن بوعكاز، نسلط الضوء على حي المحاميد 9، حيث تحولت العديد من شقق هذا الحي الى اوكار للدعارة، منها ما يكترى لليوم بمقابل يتجاوز 300 درهم، ومنها ما يتم كراؤه للشهر في مقابل يتعدى 1300 درهم.
وفي هدا الصدد قالت مصادرنا، على أن زبائن هاته الشقق يكونون اكثر رقيا من اولئك الذين ينشطون في سوق الجنس بباقي احياء المحاميد، حيث عادة ما يستقدمون فتيات من بين الطالبات الجامعيات، او نساء يمارسن الجنس مقابل مبالغ قد تتجاوز 500 درهم.
وأضافت مصادرنا، على ان هناك اساتذة واطباء وأشخاص مرموقون يلجأون الى شقق المحاميد 9، وذلك هربا من اعين المصالح الأمنية والحملات التمشيطية التي باتت تعرفها احياء اخرى مثل جليز، والتي انتهت بايقاف العديد من شبكات الدعارة. 
وبحكم تواجد عدد من الدواوير  بالقرب من منطقة المحاميد جغرافيا، يلجأ العديد من رجال مال تلك الدواوير الى جلب مومسات من منطقة المحاميد، وذلك لممارسة الجنس معهن إما في شقق بالمحاميد أو بضيعات فلاحية بجماعة آيت ايمور او اكفاي…..
وفي هذا السياق، افادت مصادرنا، على ان العديد من كبار الفلاحين ومن اصحاب شاحنات الرمال او اوراش البناء، ومع نهاية كل يوم يستقطبون العشرات من فتيات وذلك لممارسة الحنس معهن اما داخل شقق بالمحاميد، او التنقل الى ضيعات فلاحية مجاورة للمكان، حيث يتم تنظيم حفلات جماعية في شرب الخمر واستهلاك المخدرات، وفي ممارسة الجنس الجماعي.
وفي آيت ايمور ايضا، يتم استقطاب عاملات ايضا من منطقة المحاميد يشتغلون بالضيعات الفلاحية اما لجني ثمار الزيتون او فواكه اخرى، وهو الامر الذي ينتهي ايضا بجلسات جنسية تتم داخل الشاحنات، او غرف بلاستيكية.
