ينعقد الخميس 13 دجنبر، مجلس للحكومة برئاسة سعد الدين العثماني، رئيس الحكومة، سيتم خلاله تدارس ثلاثة مشاريع مراسيم، يتعلق الأول منها بتتميم المرسوم الصادر في شأن النظام الأساسي الخاص بهيئة كتابة الضبط، والثاني بتحديد مبلغ أتعاب الموثقين وطريقة استيفائها، فيما يتعلق مشروع المرسوم الأخير بتحديد شروط وكيفيات تعيين أعوان شرطة المقالع وبمعاينة المخالفات.
ويختم المجلس أشغاله بدراسة مقترحات تعيين في مناصب عليا طبقا لأحكام الفصل 92 من الدستور.
