مثول أزيد من 8 عناصر أمنية أمام النيابة العامة بمراكش بسبب نرويجي
في متابعة لملف البحث القضائي الذي فتحته الفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية تحت اشراف النيابة العامة المختصة بخصوص التجاوزات المفترضة المنسوبة لموظفي شرطة كانوا مكلفين بخفر مواطن إجنبي موضوع مسطرة تسليم إلى السلطات النرويجية، علم موقع مراكش 7، أن أزيد من 8 عناصر أمنية تم تقديمهم اليوم الأربعاء أمام النيابة العامة المختصة بابتدائية مراكش، وذلك قبل ان يتم احالتهم الى جلسات المحاكمة مباشرة.
ويتابع هؤلاء بتهم تتعلق بالإرتشاء وبتزوير وثيقة تصدرها النيابة العامة، وإفشاء السر المهني والمشاركة فيه، ومن بينهم عنصر متابع بالتهم الأربعة إضافة الى تهم أخرى.
وسبق أن ذكر بلاغ للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني أنه يشتبه في كون عناصر الشرطة بالأمن الإقليمي بسلا الذين كانوا مكلفين بمهمة الخفر من سجن العرجات نحو مطار مراكش المنارة، الذي كان مقررا أن يشهد تنفيذ مسطرة تسليم ذاك المواطن الذي يحمل الجنسية النرويجية، وذلك لارتكابهم تجاوزات مهنية جسيمة تمثلت في السماح لستة أشخاص من أصدقاء المعني بالأمر بالتواصل معه بشكل مباشر خلال مسار الرحلة من سلا نحو مراكش، كما يشتبه في كونهم تسلموا مبلغا ماليا مقابل هذه الإخلالات المهنية الخطيرة.
وحسب البلاغ، فقد شمل البحث الذي تباشره الفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية جميع موظفي الشرطة الذين كانوا مكلفين بمهمة الخفر، وكذا الأشخاص الستة الذين تواصلوا مع الأجنبي موضوع مسطرة التسليم عن طريق الإرشاء، وهم ستة مواطنين اسكندنافيين، خمسة منهم من أصل مغربي وواحد من أصول عراقية، علاوة على كل من ثبت تورطه في المشاركة والمساهمة في هذه الأفعال الإجرامية.
