سوق عشوائي يحاصر أصحاب الفيلات بدوار السراغنة مراكش… والساكنة تستغيث..


 
غضب عارم يجتاح ساكنة الفيلات المتواجدة بتراب دوار السراغنة التابع للملحقة الادارية الازدهار بمقاطعة جليز مراكش، كل يوم اثنين وثلاثاء، وذلك بسبب سوق عشوائي يمتلئ خلال اليومين المذكورين من كل اسبوع. 
وحسب أحد المواطنين، فالسوق هذا، يستعمر كل يوم اثنين وثلاثاء المساحات المحيطة بالفيلات المتواجدة بدوار السراغنة، حيث يبسط باعته "فراشاتهم" وعرباتهم المجرورة، لبيع سلعهم من الخضروات والفواكه والمواد الأخرى على غرار ما يحدث بالاسواق الاسبوعية المنتشرة بعدد من المناطق المتواجدة بضاحية مراكش.
وهذا السوق، بات يشكل كابوسا حقيقا لساكنة تلك الفيلات، وخاصة ان كل المنافذ المؤدية إليها يتم اغلاقها من طرف عربات وفراشات الباعة، الذين يتمادون ويتعنتون ويرفضون فتحها من أجل مرور سيارات ودراجات من يقطنون بالمنطقة. 
وفي اتصال هاتفي، من أحد المتضررين من هذا السوق، أكد على ان الساكنة باتت تعيش الويلات من جراء الاحتلال الخطير للملك العام من طرف باعة ذاك السوق، وخاصة على مستوى الشوارع الرئيسية، مشيرا الى أن ذلك يحدث أمام مرأى السلطات دون تسجيل أي تحرك من طرفها إزاء الأمر. 
وأشار نفس المتحدث، على أن هؤلاء الباعة يتعمدون غلق تلك الطرقات، وذلك بالرغم من وجود مساحات أخرى فارغة غير بعيدة عن تلك الفيلات، وخالية من أي تجمع سكني، وبالتالي ممكن استغلالها خلال فترات انعقاد السوق، إلا إن ذلك لا يحصل، وكأنما همهم مضايقة الساكنة فقط. 
وفي هذا الباب، وجه عدد من المواطنين استغاثة الى والي جهة مراكش أسفي، من أجل التدخل، وإعطاء أوامره للسلطات المحلية، من أجل أن تفك الحصار على ساكنة تلك المنطقة، وكذا الحد من معاناتها من احتلال خطير للملك العام، وصراخ الباعة، وما يخلفونه من أزبال ونفايات، تصير مصدرا للروائح الكريهة والحشرات المضرة….
