أصبحت شوارع حي الآفاق بمراكش في حالة يرثى لها، خاصة بعد التساقطات المطرية الأخيرة، الأمر الذي يعكس حجم الاهمال والتقصير اللذان طالا طرقه المتهالكة، دون أن تحرك الجهات المعنية ساكنا.
ويعاني مستعملو الطريق من حالة الاهتراء التام لبعض المسالك في حي الآفاق، التي تضم حفر كثيرة وتشققات، نتيجة تهالكها منذ سنوات، وهي تعرف وضعية كارثية جد مزرية بسبب الإهمال والتهميش وعدم قيام المسؤولين بالترميمات والإصلاحات الضرورية لإعادة تقويتها وتأهيلها.
وتزداد حالة هذه الطرق سوء مع مرور الوقت، حيث بشكل مستمر وتتآكل جنباتها، حتى أصبحت ضيقة يصعب معها التجاوز والمرور بشكل سلس، وأضحت تشكل عرقلة حقيقية لمستعمليها.
