حراس الأمن الخاص بمطار مراكش يعودون للاحتجاج بسبب الطرد التعسفي

عاود حراس الأمن الخاص بمطار مراكش المنارة الاحتجاج يومه الثلاثاء 15 فبراير الجاري، وذلك بعد بقاء ملفهم معلقا دون إيجاد حل ملموس منذ شهور، حيث ألتأم عدد منهم في وقفة احتجاجية أمام المطار، رافعين شعارات يطالبون من خلالها بتسوية ملفهم، ويستنكرون صنيعة الشركة المشغلة وإدارة المطار تجاههم من قبيل « واك واك على شوهة ..إدارة مشبوهة » و »هادشي ماشي معقول..المطار خصوم مسؤول ».
وتعود خيوط الملف إلى إقدام الشركة المشغلة على طرد عشرات الحراس، بعد أن رفضوا التوقيع على وثيقة لإبراء الذمة لصالح الشركة، ليدخل العمال المطرودون في مسار من الاحتجاج وبتدخل مفتشية الشغل والسلطات المحلية، لكن الشركة المشغلة رفضت إرجاعهم للعمل أو منحهم تعويضا عن الطرد التعسفي وذلك بمباركة من الإدارة حسب رواية العمال.
وفي اتصال بالكاتب المحلي للمكتب النقابي للاتحاد الديمقراطي للشغل بالمغرب أوضح الأخير تفاصيل الخلاف بين حراس الأمن بالمطار من جهة والشركة المشغلة وإدارة المطار من جهة أخرى، حيث قال « نحن نعمل في المطار منذ ست سنوات، قبل أن نتفاجأ في 15 أكتوبر الماضي بوثيقة لإبراء الذمة جاءت بها الشركة لفائدتها، وتلزمنا بعقد يتضمن العمل 12 ساعة في اليوم عوض ثماني ساعات دون أي تعويض، وبعد رفض عدد منا التوقيع تم طردنا في فاتح نونبر بتواطؤ من إدارة المطار، حيث كانت تخاطينا مديرة المطار شخصيا بالقول » اللي ما سناش التبرئىة يمشي فحالو » « .
وأضاف « بعد ذلك ذهبنا واتخذنا الإجراءات القانونية، وتوجهنا إلى مفتشية الشغل، وكانت هناك إجراءات واجتماعات معها، دعت فيها المسؤولين إما أن يعطونا مستحقاتنا أو تتم إعادتنا إلى العمل لكنهم رفضوا ».
وزاد قائلا بعد ذلك « قمنا بأول وقفة احتجاجية يوم 30 نونبر، تدخلت على إثرها السلطات المحلية وكان هناك اجتماع حضره باشا المحاميد، ولم تحضره الشركة، وكان ممثلها يغيب كل مرة بسبب مختلف، وقمنا بوقفة احتجاجية ثانية تدخلت فيها السلطات المحلية ثانية وقمنا بإنشاء لجنة إقليمية عقدت 4 اجتماعات، تحت إشراف رئيس الشؤون الداخلية بالولاية، على أن يكون هناك حل ، ومن خلال اللقاءات الأربع الشركة رفضت عودتنا إلى العمل، وفي الوقت ولا تريد أن تعطينا تعويضا عن الطرد التعسفي، بالإضافة إلى أنهم اختلسوا منا أجرة شهر أكتوبر، ويقومون بابتزازنا بها، على أساس أن يعطونا الأجرة مقابل الاستقالة ».
وأردف « بعدها عدنا إلى مفتش الشغل من جديد، واتفقنا على أن يكون هناك حوار، وقد أدخلوا عمالا آخرين في مكاننا، في خرق سافر للقانون، وفي الاجتماع الذي تم يوم أمس لم يحضر فيه لا ممثلين عن المطار أو عن الشركة ».
