عاملات منتجع سياحي بالنخيل يعتصمن لأزيد من شهرين بدون أن تجد مطالبهن آذانا صاغية

ظروف جد مزرية تلك التي يعيش على وقعها العشرات من عاملات منتجع مجموعة سياحية بالنخيل بمراكش، جراء عدم توصلهن بمستحقاتهم المالية العالقة منذ سنة 2019 من مسؤولي المشروع السياحي، ما دفعهن لخوض اعتصام مفتوح بجنبات المنتجع دام لأزيد من 70 يوما.
وكشفت احدى العاملات في تصريح لموقع « مراكش7 » أنها تشتغل منذ سنة 2013 بمنتجع مجموعة البهجة النخيل بدون أي وثيقة، كما اضافت أن بعض زميلاتها تفوق أعمارهن 60 سنة، حيث تشتغلن كذلك بطرق غير قانونية، مع العلم أن غالبيتهن اشتغلت لسنوات طويلة بهذا المشروع السياحي.
وأضافت المتحدثة أن معاناتهن لا تقتصر على العمل بشكل غير قانوني، بل زادت تأزما بالتوقف عن العمل بفعل جائحة كورونا، وعدم توصلهن بمستحقاتهن المالية العالقة منذ سنة 2019، مشيرة أنهن يخضن منذ أزيد من شهرين اعتصاما مفتوحا، كما عقدت ممثلات عن العاملات اجتماعات مع السلطات المحلية ومسؤولي الشركة المشرفة على المشروع، بيد أنها لم تصل إلى حل مستعجل لانهاء معاناتهن.
وقد ربط موقع « مراكش7 » الاتصال بالقائمين على المنتجع السياحي لأخذ ردهم بخصوص المشكل القائم، لكن الهاتف ظل يرن دون إجابة، كما تركنا رسالة نصية لصاحب المشروع، لكننا لم نتلقى أي رد.
