أزمة نفسية وصحية تعيشها في هاته الأثناء سيدة مسنة تقطن بمنطقة ازلي التابعة لمقاطعة المنارة مراكش، وذلك عقب اخذها بالقوة من طرف عناصر أمنية عبر سيارة المصلحة إلى مقر الدائرة الأمنية 12، من أجل الاستماع اليها وتحرير محضر بخصوص أقوالها حول اتهامها بالتهجم على سيدة وارغامها على إفراغ روض حولته الأخيرة إلى مسكن في غفلة من الجميع.
وحسب أحد أبناء المعنية بالأمر التي تتواجد في وضع صحي حرج، فإن مسيرة ذاك الروض الذي يتواجد في ملكية الأولى، استعانت بشقيقها الذي يشتغل في الجهاز الأمني بمدينة مراكش، وذلك من أجل أخذ صاحبة الروض إلى مقر الدائرة الأمنية بالقوة، وكذا تهديد أبنائها، حتى يتاح للمعنية بالأمر استغلال هذه المؤسسة على هواها دون توفرها على أية وثيقة كراء تفيد أنها تستغل هذا المكان على وجه الكراء كما تتدعي المذكورة.
وأضاف ابن صاحبة الروض، أن حتى رخصة فتح هذه المؤسسة التعليمية الخاصة، صدرت بإسمه، وبالتالي لا علاقة لتلك السيدة بذاك المكان، الذي تحول بين ليلة وضحاها إلى مقر سكن من طرف المرأة التي وضعت فيها تلك الأسرة كل الثقة من أجل تسيير الروض الذي يعد مورد رزقها الوحيد.
وعلى إثر ذلك، تستنجد هاته الأسرة بوالي أمن مراكش من أجل التدخل، والحد من مثل هاته السلوكات الصادرة عن بعض رجال الأمن الذين يستغلون السلطة الممنوحة إليهم، إذ وعوض السهر على أمن وسلامة المواطنين، باتوا مصدرا لزرع الرعب والخوف فيهم.
