التطوير من اجل البقاء
كثيرا ما نلوم أنفسنا عن عدم التفوق او الانجاز ولا نسأل عن السبب أو نبحث عنه.
لكي ينجخ الانسان في حياته او عمله لابد من التغيير.
اذ يجب أن نتفاعل مع الجديد, أن نطور ما نحن عليه, أن نتماشى مع تطور العالم والعلم في كل الميادين, أن نغير من انفسنا باصلاحها ومعرفة ما ينقص لاثباتها, أما إن ظن أنه تعلم فقد تحجر وسيبقى في مكانه وهذا يعني :
إعلان الفشل دون ان يدري.
وهذا قد ينطبق على المرأة في بيتها إن لم تطور وتجدد وقع الملل وقد تعلن الاسرة الفشل ويصبح الخلاف هو المسيطر ولا نعي اين الخلل؟؟؟
التلميذ إن انحصر فيما يعطى له دون بحث أو تنقيب عن الجديد حتى وإن كان ممن يحرزون على أعلى النقط تراه في اغلب المباريات لا يوفق لان المشكل الذي يجهله أو لم يعمل على تفعيله هو : انحصاره في مواد المقرر وعدم القيام باي مجهود لمعرفة ما جد من معلومات ثقافية, مجتمعية, علمية, ادبية ,معلومات مختلفة.
حين يقف في الشفوي لا يستطيع الاجابة أو لا يدري كيف يتفاعل, ظانا أن النقطة وحدها كفيلة بأن تجعله يفوز في المباريات. وقد شاهدنا هذه الحالات من التلاميذالمتفوقين في الدراسة ولكن تنقصهم المعرفة في الحياة العامة هم لم يطوروا معلوماتهم وبالثالي لم يغيروا من نمطيتهم, لم يجتهدوا في اخذ معلومات جديدة تفيدهم في التواصل مع الاخر والحديث باخذ المعلومة والرد عليها وفق ما هو متطور. من هنا ناخذ مثالا للعبرة : شركة ( نوكيا) التي كانت الرائدة في عالم الهواتف في العالم في وقت ما, لكن لم تواكب التطور لا من حيت الشكل ولا المضمون فبيعت (لميكروصوفت).
وبالتالي حرمت من دخول المنافسة لان عالم الهواتف تغير بسرعة في حين الشركة لم تفكر في التطوير أو تعلم صناعة جديدة,خ ففقدت الشهرة والمال وكذلك البقاء وسط المنافسين.
هذا مثال بسيط لشركة عملاقة سقطت لتوقفها دون تغيير او تطوير….
لذا فالتغيير يعطي تطور وفرص للنجاح المتثالي, للبقاء والمنافسة الشريفة في كل مناحي الحياة الاجتماعية, الاسرية, العملية, حتى في علاقاتنا الانسانية .
كلما كان الجديد تجددنا معه لنكون في الصدارة.
