حل نهاية الأسبوع المنصرم بمدينة مراكش، وفد يضم مسؤولين كبار من الكونفدرالية الإفريقية للكرة الحديدية، من أجل الوقوف على استعدادات المملكة المغربية لتنظيم الدورة التاسعة من البطولة الافريقية للعبة، التي ستحتضنها القاعة متعددة الرياضات بالمحاميد، في الفترة من 6 إلى 9 يونيو المقبل.
وعلى هامش الزيارة، عقدت الوفد اجتماعا بحضور أعضاء الجامعة الملكية المغربية للكرة الحديدية، تم خلاله تقديم جميع الشروحات والتوضيحات الخاصة بالتنظيم، وكذا الإجابة عن تساؤلات أعضاء الكونفدرالية الإفريقية.
وتضمن برنامج الزيارة جولة تفقدية على كل البنى التحتية، إلى جانب اجتماعات أخرى مع مسؤولين مركزيين عن وزارة التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة، وكذا لقاءات مع ممثلين عن اللجنة الأولمبية المغربية ومسؤولي الوكالة الوطنية لمحاربة المنشطات.
