« مناقشة أطروحة دكتوراه: السياسات العمومية التعليمية في المغرب نموذج الأكاديمية الجهوية للتربية والتكوين مراكش آسفي »

تم يوم الخميس 8 فبراير، في كلية العلوم القانونية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية بمراكش، مناقشة أطروحة دكتوراه في القانون العام والعلوم السياسية بعنوان « السياسات العمومية التعليمية في المغرب – حالة الأكاديمية الجهوية للتربية والتكوين مراكش آسفي »، التي قدمها الطالب الباحث توفيق عطيفي.

تحت إشراف الأستاذ محمد بنطلحة الدكالي، قدّم الطالب الباحث دراسته حول تأثير السياسات التعليمية على مستوى الأكاديمية الجهوية، مستخدمًا براديغمات علم السياسة لفهم بنى السياسات التعليمية وتحليلها.

 

بعد مناقشة علمية دقيقة، قررت اللجنة العلمية منح الطالب الباحث درجة الدكتوراه بتقدير مشرف جداً، مُوصية بنشر الأطروحة. أكد الدكتور بنطلحة على أهمية الأطروحة في مجال السياسات العمومية، مشددًا على أنها إضافة علمية وتحليلية.

في كلمته، أشار الباحث إلى ضرورة وضع السياسات التعليمية ضمن إطار التنمية المستدامة وتحقيق التكافؤ في الفرص. وتوصل الباحث إلى استنتاجات حول صناعة القرار في السياسات التعليمية، وتحديات المدرسة العمومية المغربية في ظل التحولات المعرفية.

 

يعكس هذا البحث حاجة المغرب إلى تحول شامل في سياق التعليم، مع التركيز على الابتكار والإبداع، ودمج التخصصات الرقمية والذكاء الاصطناعي في البرامج التعليمية. تقدير الأكاديمية لمكتسباتها مرتبط بتحديات في جودة المؤشرات التحصيلية والحاجة إلى خطة عمل لتحسين الأداء ودعم التعثرات المدرسية.

تختم الأطروحة بتأكيد أهمية تحقيق تكافؤ الفرص في المدرسة العمومية، مع التحديات التي تواجهها وضرورة تجديد البيداغوجيا والمعرفة لمواكبة تحولات المعرفة في المستقبل.
