وقعت رئاسة النيابة العامة ومجلس المنافسة، اليوم الإثنين 27 دجنبر الجاري على اتفاقية تعاون بينهما، « لمكافحة الجرائم الإقتصادية » وذلك « في إطار تنزيل أحكام دستور المملكة في الشق المتعلق بالتعاون بين السلطات”، و“تعزيز قيم الشفافية وتكريس مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص وحماية النظام العام الاقتصادي ».
وتنص الاتفاقية على تعزيز التعاون بين الطرفين من خلال تبادل الخبرات والتجارب في مجال التكوين والتدريب والتنسيق والتشاور من أجل التطبيق السليم للقانون، لاسيما في ما يتعلق بالجوانب المتعلقة بتنظيم وتسيير الأبحاث المنصوص عليها في القانون المتعلق بحرية الأسعار والمنافسة وكذا من أجل تعزيز قيم الشفافية والمساواة وتكافؤ الفرص في مجال العلاقات الاقتصادية وحماية المستهلكين والأسواق من الممارسات المنافية والمخلة بشروط المنافسة.
وحسب البيان الصادر عن الهيئة الموقعة فإن التوقيع يأتي « وعيا بضرورة تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق من أجل محاصرة كل أشكال الممارسات المنافية والمخلة بشروط المنافسة، من خلال التطبيق الفعال لأحكام القانون المتعلق بحرية الأسعار والمنافسة، وانطلاقا من الأهداف المشتركة بينهما، لاسيما في ما يتعلق بضمان الشفافية والإنصاف في العلاقات الاقتصادية والحفاظ على النظام العام التنافسي ».
