عرض وافر ومتنوع يلبي حاجيات المغاربة من مختلف المواد والمنتجات الأساسية خلال شهر رمضان ..
أكدت وزارة الداخلية، اليوم الثلاثاء، أن وضعية التموين الراهنة والمرتقبة خلال الأسابيع والأشهر المقبلة تتميز بعرض وافر ومتنوع يلبي حاجيات المواطنين بكافة عمالات وأقاليم المملكة من مختلف المواد والمنتجات الأساسية.
وذكر بلاغ للوزارة أن هذا الإجتماع، الذي ترأسه بالرباط وزير الداخلية، عبد الوافي لفتيت، بحضور وزير الفلاحة والصيد البحري والتنمية القروية والمياه والغابات، ووزير الصناعة والتجارة والاقتصاد الأخضر والرقمي، ووزير الطاقة والمعادن والبيئة، والوزير المنتدب لدى وزير الداخلية، وعقد عن بعد مع ولاة الجهات وعمال عمالات وأقاليم المملكة، يأتي في إطار تتبع الوضعية العامة للتموين والأسعار والإجراءات المعتمدة للتحضير لشهر رمضان المبارك 1442، وتبعا للاجتماعات التنسيقية السابقة بين الوزارات والمؤسسات المعنية.
وأضاف أن هذا الاجتماع خصص لتقييم وتتبع وضعية تموين السوق الوطنية ومستوى أسعار المواد الأساسية وكذا لتوجيه تدخلات المصالح المكلفة بالمراقبة وبحماية المستهلك وتعزيز آليات التنسيق بين مختلف الإدارات والهيئات المعنية على المستويين المركزي والمحلي.
وأوضح المصدر ذاته أنه من خلال المعطيات المحينة المقدمة من قبل مسؤولي القطاعات الوزارية والمؤسسات العمومية والتقارير المنجزة بمختلف العمالات والأقاليم بناء على المعاينات والأبحاث الميدانية، فقد تم التأكيد على أن وضعية التموين الراهنة والمرتقبة خلال الأسابيع والأشهر المقبلة تتميز بعرض وافر ومتنوع يلبي حاجيات المواطنين بكافة عمالات وأقاليم المملكة من مختلف المواد والمنتجات الأساسية، سواء منها المحلية أو المستوردة، لا سيما تلك التي يكثر عليها الطلب بمناسبة شهر رمضان، وذلك بفضل الإعداد الجيد والمجهود الذي يقوم به المنتجون والموردون والموزعون والتجار والإجراءات المواكبة التي اعتمدتها السلطات العمومية بهذا الخصوص.
كما تبين أن أسعار المواد الأساسية تعرف في غالبيتها استقرارا وتبقى في مستوياتها الاعتيادية، مع تسجيل بعض التغيرات النسبية في أسعار بعض المواد مقارنة مع نفس الفترة من السنة الماضية، من قبيل الانخفاض النسبي المسجل في أسعار الخضر واللحوم الحمراء والقطاني والفواكه الجافة والارتفاع النسبي المسجل في أثمان الزيوت الغذائية واللحوم البيضاء والبيض.
وعلى الرغم من المعطيات المطمئنة والمؤشرات الإيجابية، يضيف البلاغ، فقد تم التأكيد على حرص السلطات العمومية على تتبع وضعية التموين عن كثب وتجند مختلف المتدخلين من أجل ضمان وفرة المواد الأساسية في الأسواق، بمختلف ربوع المملكة، بالكميات والجودة المطلوبة وبأسعار معقولة واتخاد جميع الإجراءات اللازمة لتفادي أي خلل في التموين.
وبخصوص عمليات المراقبة، وبغاية كسب رهان دعم القدرة الشرائية للمواطنين وحماية سلامتهم وصحتهم، وجه السيد لفتيت تعليماته للولاة والعمال من أجل تعبئة مختلف المصالح والسلطات المعنية واللجان الإقليمية والمحلية ومصالح وهيئات المراقبة المختصة والحرص على تنسيق وتعزيز نجاعة تدخلاتها، من أجل حماية المستهلك من كل الممارسات التي قد تمس بصحته وسلامته وبقدرته الشرائية وزجر المخالفات والممارسات غير المشروعة وفق ما تنص عليه القوانين المعمول بها في هذا الشأن.
وشدد الوزير، في هذا الصدد، على أن عمليات المراقبة وتتبع الأسواق يجب أن تندرج في سياق الاستمرارية واستباق المخاطر والتطوير المتواصل لآليات العمل والتنسيق بين مختلف المتدخلين.
وأشار إلى أنه بالموازاة مع ذلك وبالنظر لمخاطر وتداعيات جائحة كوفيد-19، التي تبقى قائمة وحرصا على حماية صحة وسلامة المواطنين وحصر تفشي هذا الوباء وتثمينا للنتائج الإيجابية المحققة من قبل بلادنا في هذا المجال، فيتعين مواصلة المجهودات المبذولة من قبل جميع المتدخلين في هذا الإطار والسهر بحزم على احترام الإجراءات الوقائية والتباعد الاجتماعي بكل الفضاءات والتجمعات التجارية ونقاط البيع ومحلات تقديم الخدمات التي تعرف رواجا هاما، قبل وخلال شهر رمضان.
كما تم التأكيد على ضرورة اقتران تدخلات مصالح وأجهزة المراقبة ذات الطابع الوقائي والزجري، بالمواكبة والمصاحبة لجميع أطراف العملية الاستهلاكية، وعلى ضرورة إشراك جميع الهيئات الفاعلة المعنية، لاسيما الغرف المهنية وجمعيات التجار وجمعيات حماية المستهلك، في الجهود المبذولة من أجل تأطير وتوعية التجار والمستهلكين.
وبهذا الخصوص، أعطى الوزير تعليماته من أجل تفعيل أرقام الاتصال وخلايا المداومة بالعمالات والأقاليم والمصالح المختصة قصد تلقي ومعالجة تبليغات وشكايات المستهلكين والتجار وفعاليات المجتمع المدني بشأن التموين والجودة والأثمان وكل ما يتم تسجيله من ممارسات غير مشروعة من شأنها الإخلال بالسير العادي للأسواق أو الإضرار بصحة وبسلامة المواطنين.
وتثمينا لأهمية الشق التواصلي في مواكبة كافة الإجراءات الهادفة لضمان مرور شهر رمضان الفضيل في أحسن الظروف، تم التأكيد على ضرورة العمل على تحقيق قدر كبير من التواصل مع المواطنين عبر مختلف الوسائل المتاحة، بإشراك كافة الهيئات المعنية ووسائل الإعلام، من أجل التعريف بالوضعية الحقيقية للأسواق وبالجهود المبذولة وبالإجراءات المتخذة من طرف الفاعلين الاقتصاديين والسلطات العمومية بهدف ضمان التموين المنتظم للأسواق واستقرار الأسعار وحماية صحة وسلامة المستهلكين وترسيخ مبادئ الشفافية والنزاهة في المعاملات التجارية.
وعرف هذا الاجتماع أيضا حضور الكتاب العامين وممثلين عن القطاعات الوزارية المعنية والمدراء العامين لإدارة الجمارك والضرائب غير المباشرة والمكتب الوطني للسلامة الصحية للمنتجات الغذائية والمكتب الوطني المهني للحبوب والقطاني والمكتب الوطني للصيد وكذا مشاركة عن بعد لرؤساء أقسام الشؤون الاقتصادية بالعمالات والأقاليم.
