وستتم هذه الحملة، حسب البلاغ، يطريقة تدريجية، وسيستفيد منها جميع المواطنين المغاربة والأجانب المقيمين بالمغرب، الذين تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 17 وأزيد من 75 سنة. وهو ما سيمكن من تحقيق المستويات المنشودة من التحصين الجماعي وحماية المواطنين من هذه الجائحة.
