في الوقت الذي ما تزال تعاني فيه فئة واسعة من المرشدين السياحيين المرخصين من تبعات جائحة كورونا وما أفرزته من تداعيات سلبية على عدد كبير منهم، ومع طول انتظار لفئة أخرى من الشبان لكي تفرج وزارة السياحة عن موعد مباراة المرشدين السياحيين بمختلف أصنافهم حتى تتمكن من ولوج هذا المجال اعتبارا للكفاءة التي تتمتع بها هذه الشريحة من الشبان بمدينة مراكش ، هذه الفئة حتى وان حاولت أن تلتمس طريق المهنة عبر خرجات هنا او هناك فدائما ما تجد عناصر الشرطة السياحية بالمرصاد و احيانا يصل الامر الى المتابعة القضائية واحيانا الى الاعتقال، فرغم كل هذه المعاناة اليومية سواء للمرخصين او تلك التي تنتظر دورها للولوج الى المهنة عبر المباراة، ظهرت فئة جديدة من المرشدين السياحيين تتمثل في عناصر من المواطنين الافارقة والتي تكتلت في شكل مجموعات بساحة جامع الفنا وتعمل على مدار اليوم بسطت أجنحتها داخل مجموعة دروب وازقة المدينة خاصة تلك التي تضم مؤسسات فندقية وشرعت في فرض سياسة جديدة ونظام جديد تتحكم في كل صغيرة وكبيرة تهم السياح الاجانب فهي من تتدخل لحجز سيارة الاجرة او عربة » الكوتشي » وهي من تجبر زبائن المؤسسات الفندقية على اصطحابهم الى التسوق في المحلات التي تقررها هي لا ما يرضاه الزبون وغيرها من السلوكات والتي اصبحت حديث العام والخاص بساحة جامع الفنا ووسط الدروب والازقة المجاورة لها ، والغريب في الامر أن لا أحد من المسؤولين يتحرك بدعوى ضمان الاستقرار بساحة جامع الفنا خاصة وان هذه العناصر اصبحت تعد بالعشرات وتقطن مجموعة من الفنادق القديمة بالساحة فهل ستترك الامور على حالها أم ستتدخل الجهات المعنية لاعادة فرض النظام وضمان الامن العام …
