وأضاف لكورش في سؤال شفوي موجه لوزير التجهيز والماء، نزار بركة، خلال الجلسة العمومية المخصصة للأسئلة الشفاهية اليوم الاثنين بقبة البرلمان، » أن مجهودات الوزارة في فتح الطرق القروية واٍصلاحها للتخفيف من معاناة السكان تبقى ضعيفة، كما أن الزلزال زاد من معاناة السكان بعد تدمير كبير لنسبة مهمة من الشبكة الطرقية، لاسيما القروية. »
والتمس البرلماني من وزير التجهيز والماء ضرورة التعجيل بتنزيل برنامج حيوي، يروم اصلاح وفتح طرق قروية جديدة، لاسينا في هذه الفترة من السنة، التي يجد المواطنين فيها صعوية الولوج نتيجة تغير المناخ.
وجوابا على سؤالا النائب البرلماني، قال الوزير: » اٍن الوزارة عملت على ادراج ميزانية كافية لانجاز حوالي 500 كلم من الطرق القروية لأول مرة، وهي نسبة كافية تليق بمستوى العالم القروي.
وأضاف الوزير: » اٍن موضوع إقليم الحوز، يحظى باٍهتمام ملكي، اٍذ تم تخصيص حوالي 100 مليون درهم لتنزير برنامج خاص يهم البنية التحتية في المرحلة الأولى، فيما تم ابرام عدد من الاتفاقيات مع الجهة، لتقوية شبكة الطرق، وأيضا انجاز مشاريع في اطار وكالة الأطلس الكبير خلال الأسابيع القلية المقبلة.
