ساكنة متآزرة وفرق إنقاذ ومساعدات تخفف من تبعات زلزال الحوز

بعد يومين على أعنف هزة أرضية تشهدها المملكة في تاريخها الحديث، يمكن تلخيص المشهد في مركز أمزميز بإقليم الحوز الأكثر تضررا من الزلزال الذي بات يحمل اسمه ( زلزال الحوز)، في فرق تجهد لانقاذ كل من مازال بالإمكان إنقاذه ومساعدات وخيام بدأت تتدفق على المنطقة الجبلية وساكنة لم يفتأ سكانها يآزرون بعضهم بعضا.

فقد تساوقت جهود الإنقاذ التي تبذلها اﻟﻘوات اﻟﻣﺳﻠﺣﺔ اﻟﻣﻠﻛﯾﺔ، واﻟﺳﻠطﺎت اﻟﻣﺣﻠﯾﺔ، وﻓرق اﻟوﻗﺎﯾﺔ اﻟﻣدﻧﯾﺔ، والأطقم الطبية، لتمكن السكان من معانقة أحباء حجبتهم الأنقاض أو على الأقل مرافقة عزيز إلى مثواه الأخير صابرين محتسبين.

وقد ساعدت النداءات، التي أطلقها بعض سكان المنطقة، في اللحظات الأولى بعد الكارثة الطبيعية، والتي التقطها مواطنون آخرون ونشروها عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ، على الوصول إلى المواقع المتضررة وتحديد طبيعة الخسائر وأوجه التدخل الناجعة.

ففي خضم عمليات البحث والإنقاذ أكد القائد الإقليمي للوقاية المدنية بمراكش، حميد المعتز، في تصريح لوكالة المغرب العربي للأنباء ، أن مصالح الوقاية المدنية سخرت جميع الوسائل اللوجستيكية والبشرية الكفيلة بالتعامل السريع مع مخلفات هذه الكارثة الطبيعية مشيرا إلى أنه تم إحداث خلية أزمة لتقييم وتتبع الوضع ، حرصت على توفير كافة وسائل الإسعاف والإنقاذ والتمريض، وخيام لإيواء المتضررين .

عبد الرحمان أحد الناجين من الموت الذي نشره الزلزال في أمزميز أشاد بالفعل بـ”المجهودات الجبارة والمتواصلة” التي يبذلها كافة المتدخلين لإزالة الأنقاض وتقديم المساعدة الطبية وفتح المسالك منذ وقوع الزلزال، غير أن الشاب، الذي مازال تحت تأثير صدمة فقدان عدد كبير من أهل القرية،أبدى على الخصوص مخاوفه من سقوط دور أخرى تضررت بشكل كبير جراء الهزة .

عبر الشاب على غرار العديد من جيرانه عن ارتياحهم للدعم الذي تقدمه مختلف الجهات والسلطات رغم وعورة المسالك وتأثرها بالانهيارات التي تسبب فيها الزلزال. وقد تنفس الصعداء كما آخرين من سكان القرية، بالخصوص بعد وصول خيام للإيواء تعوض مؤقتا بيوتا منهارة وأخرى مهددة بالانهيار .

يستعيد عبد الرحمان شريط اللحظات التي تلت ” زلزال الحوز” في ليلة الجمعة السبت الماضية ليستعرض بتأثر كبير العديد من القصص الإنسانية ويصف ذلك الهلع الذي أصاب الساكنة جراء الهزة الأولى وجراء الخوف من تبعات هزات ارتدادية.

تآزر الساكنة ثم وصول فرق الانقاذ والمساعدات وخيام للإيواء ، كلها عوامل خففت ولو نسبيا من حزن وأسى سكان قرية جبلية غير بعيدة عن مركز الزلزال الذي حدد في جماعة إيغيل بالإقليم نفسه.
