رئيس الطهاة بمنتجع « فورسيزونز » مراكش يبرز غنى المطبخ المغربي في تظاهرة بالكويت

 

يشارك رئيس الطهاة بمنتجع « فورسيزونز » مراكش في تظاهرة « مطبخ القلب المغربي الأصيل »، المنظمة في دولة الكويت خلال الفترة من 12 و21 أكتوبر الجاري، وهي سلسلة جديدة من فنون الطبخ ينظمها فرع المنتجع في الكويت، بهدف إبراز غنى وتنوع المطبخ المغربي.

وتهدف التظاهرة إلى تذوق ألذ وأشهى المأكولات المغربية في أجواء مميزة في الهواء الطلق، من خلال عرق الأطباق الأصيلة وكرم الضيافة الذي تشتهر به الثقافة المغربية.

ومن بين العديد من الأطباق التي يمكن للضيوف الاستمتاع بها خلال هذه التظاهرة « الزعلوك والتكتوكة »، والحريرة مع التمر، و »طاجين » الدجاج أو اللحم المليء بنكهات التوابل اللذيذة، والبرقوق المجفف، والزيتون، والليمون.
