قررت عناصر الشرطة القضائية بمراكش إحالة شخصا في عقده الثالث أمام النيابة العامة بالمحكمة الابتدائية لمراكش اليوم السبت، وذلك للإشتباه فيه بتورطه في تصوير ونشر مقاطع فيديو إباحية على مواقع أجنبية على شبكة الأنترنت.
وقد تم ايقاف المتهم أول أمس الخميس، حيث وبعد عملية التفتيش المنجزة بداخل منزله، والذي كان معدا كاستوديو للتصوير، تم حجز معدات إلكترونية وجهاز لتخزين المعطيات الرقمية، علاوة على ملابس ومجموعة من الإكسسوارات والحلي والساعات التي يشتبه في استخدامها خلال عمليات تصوير مشاهد إباحية.
وحسب ما كشفت المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني، فقد أظهرت الخبرة التقنية المنجزة على المعدات الإلكترونية المحجوزة أنها تتضمن آثارا رقمية لمقاطع فيديو إباحية منشورة على شبكة الأنترنت.
وقد تم الإحتفاظ بالمشتبه فيه تحت تدابير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية، فيما لازالت الأبحاث والتحريات جارية بغرض توقيف باقي المساهمين والمشاركين في تصوير وتوثيق الأفلام الإباحية المنشورة.
