بنموسي يعود للحديث عن شغب الملاعب ويتعهد بتشديد التدابير الوقائية والتعبئة الأمنية

على اثر أحداث العنف التى شهدتها الملاعب المغربية قال شكيب بنموسى، وزير التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة، إن وزارته، أعدت مجموعة من الإجراءات لاستئصال ظاهرة الشغب والعنف من الملاعب الرياضية، وهي تتعلق بالأساس التنظيمي للجان التنسيق والإشراف على سير المقابلات الرياضية، وذلك بهدف وضع الإطار المؤسساتي لتمكين جميع المتدخلين في تدبير المقابلات الرياضية من الاضطلاع بالمهام المنوطة بهم، كل في مجال اختصاصه.
وتعهد بنموسى بتشديد التدابير الوقائية والتعبئة الأمنية من أجل محاصرة أعمال الشغب، واتخاذ كافة الإجراءات الزجرية في حق المتورطين في هذه الأعمال التخريبية، والالتزام الصارم بالمقتضيات القانونية ذات الصلة، كما نوه بروح المسؤولية التي أبانت عنها القوات العمومية في التصدي لهذه الانحرافات المتنافية مع القيم، منوها في الوقت ذاته، بالدور الذي يقوم به القضاء من أجل المساهمة في عدم تكرار ممارسات العنف والتخريب.
وقال المتحدث أن أحداث الشغب عكرت صفو بعض المباريات التي أساءت إلى صورة الرياضة، أن ظاهرة الشغب والعنف داخل الملاعب تسائل المنظومة المجتمعية بكاملها، ولا يمكن حصر مسبباتها وآليات محاربتها في مقاربة مؤسساتية منفردة، بل إنها متعددة الأبعاد، وتعني المنظومة القيمية والأخلاقية، وما يرتبط منها أساسا بالمواطنة والسلوك المدني والايجابي.
