اٍطلاق مشروع حيوي يروم اٍصلاح الطرق بجماعة تمصلوحت وقربال يؤكد التزام الجماعة بتحقيق انتظارات الساكنة
شرعت الجماعة الترابية لتمصولحت التابعة لنفوذ عمالة اٍقليم الحوز، في اٍصلاح ستة طرق حيوية بعد الانتهاء من انجاز الدراسات التنقية، في اٍطار مشروع حيوي أطلقته الجماعة مؤخرا.
وتعلق الأمر باٍصلاح المسلك الرابط بين الطريق الوطنية رقم7 وتعاونية الباهية، والمسلك الرابط بين الطريق الإقليمية 2009 ودوار العطاونة، والمسلك الرابط بين دوار أولاد يحي وطريق مشروع رياض مراكش، والمسلك الرابط بين الطريق الإقليمية 2009 ودوار باب ابزركة، والمقطع الطرقي الرابط بين حومة المواريد وحومة السوق مركز تمصلوحت. بالإضافة اٍلى اٍصلاح منشأة فنية بالمسلك الرابط بين الطريق الإقليمية 2009 ودوار تكديرت القاضي.
ويأتي هذا المشروع الذي سيتم إنجازه على مدى 8 أشهر، في اٍطار تنفيذ الجماعة الترابية لبرنامج عملها، الذي يتضمن اٍجراءات تنموية همت أساسا النهوض بالبنية التحتية لشبكة الطرق داخل الجماعة.
ويروم المشروع، تقوية شبكة الطرق، وتسهيل عملية تنقل المواطنين على الطريق، وتيسير ولوج المواطنين الى الخدمات الأساسية، والرفع من مستوى السلامة الطرقية، وتحسين ظروف عيش الساكنة المحلية.
وأكد عبدالجليل قربال، رئيس الجماعة الترابية لتمصلوحت، على أن هذا المشروع الذي يأتي في اٍطار تنفيذ الجماعة لمضامين برنامج عملها، يراعي الخصوصية المحلية، ويأتي استجابة لمطالب السكان في المناطق المعنية التي سبق لها أن شاركت في لقاءات تشاورية في مرحلة اعداد برنامج عمل الجماعة، وهو ما لقي اشادة كبيرة من قبل المجتمع المدني للوقوف المؤسسة المنتخبة على تنفيذ التزاماتها وتوصيات الساكنة من خلال برنامج عمل الجماعة.
واعتبر قربال أن وثيقة برنامج عمل الجماعة، تحمل مزيدا من الانتظارات، وتسعى الجماعة الى تحقيقها استجابة لطموحات الساكنة المحلية.
وشدد رئيس الجماعة على أن مصالح الجماعة لن تدخر جهدا في حدود الاختصاصات المخولة لها قانونيا لإنجاز البرنامج، لافتا إلى أن رهان الجميع هو اٍنجاز المشاريع المندرجة في البرنامج بأهداف تنموية مستدامة يكون لها وقع على الساكنة وتتماشى مع تطلعات صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس.
