اجتماع تنسيقي بمراكش لمناقشة عقود نجاعة الأداء التي سيتم توقيعها بين أكاديمية التعليم والمديريات الإقليمية

انعقد يوم أمس الإثنين 08 أبريل الجاري بمراكش، اجتماع تنسيقي خصص لمناقشة التدابير اللازمة لإعداد عقود نجاعة الأداء التي سيتم توقيعها بين الأكاديمية الجهوية للتربية والتكوين لجهة مراكش-آسفي والمديريات الإقليمية التابعة لها، في إطار تنزيل مقتضيات عقد نجاعة الأداء 2024_2026، الذي تم توقيعه بين وزارة التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة من جهة والأكاديميات الجهوية للتربية والتكوين.
وقد ترأس الاجتماع مدير الأكاديمية الجهوية، أحمد الكريمي، بحضور المدراء الإقليميين ورؤساء الأقسام والمصالح ونقط الارتكاز وحاملي برامج الإطار الاجرائي.
وكان اللقاء مناسبة هامة لتعزيز تملك مقاربة سلسلة التعاقد العمودي والأفقي ومضامينها وكذا منهجية إعداد الصيغة المحينة لبرامج العمل الإقليمية وتحديد مستوى المؤشرات اللازم تحقيقه على مستوى المؤسسات التعليمية وعلى المستويين الإقليمي والجهوي.
